So this is a post I never finished and ended up just getting rid of because I tried making it far too long. This post is about favorite bands, so I will list my top ten favorite bands here along with a description of their sound:

1. System of a Down : Take an opera singer and mix it with random, somewhat artistic lyrics and heavy metal and you have System of a Down. Favorite band.

2. Apocalyptica : Orchestrated versions of metal songs, along with partnerships between different singers in different bands gives this band such a unique sound.

3. Slipknot : Nothing but screaming and heavy music, all very creepy even by my standards. Its all a show and I love it.

4. Pantera : More heavy music, one of the originators of the genre of metal. Overall good sound if you like this kind of music, which most do not :(

5. Metallica : This band would score higher but the band members are, to keep it school friendly, jerks.

These are my favorite bands as I can think of them. I like more than just this but nothing deserves to be listed like these do.
